I am a trauma survivor and embrace personal transformation and growth on the daily. 

 

I am a practicing mystic, deeply connected to the rural Alaskan landscape where I live with my husband and four dogs.

In my nearly 30 year career as a social worker, I have been drawn to the most intense moments of human experience, where the old order collapses and something new may emerge from the rubble.

I am passionate about coaching as a way to use the range of my personal and professional selves in service to the growth and discovery of my clients. 

 

I am very enthusiastic about IFS as a method and practice for powerful change, profound transformation, and holistic integration.
