book
Priority Mail (1 to 3 days for delivery)
First book $5.15 plus $0.50 for each additional
book

International Sales
Sales to the foreign countries listed on the drop-down
menu shown on the order page
will be shipped by USPS International Priority Flat Rate
Envelope which will
accommodate up to a total of 3 books at the single flat
rate of $16.95.
